5/22/2025:  The previous DOM Citrix Servers have been retired, and have been replaced by a Microsoft Remote Desktop (RDP) server, which functions much in the same way.  A link to our new instructions can be found below (or within the "Working Remotely">>"Remote Desktop" section of our website):

6/17/2025:  Please note that our Remote Desktop solution is NOT intended for users who:

  • Already have a DOM issued desktop or laptop, and
  • Have access to the SMPH Global Protect Portal

If you already have a DOM issued computer, you should instead be using the Global Protect VPN to directly connect to your DOM resources.  This should also provide a better experience when working remotely!

 

Please Note:  Remote access to Department of Medicine resources like Remote Desktop (and Citrix previously) MUST be requested ahead of time.  If you haven't used the DOM Citrix server in the past, please have your supervisor contact the Help Desk via e-mail to have your RDP access enabled:
