Directions below include how to set permissions for your administrative assistant to create webex meetings on your behalf with your name listed in the meeting invite.

1.  Select SCHEDULE MEETING at the top left of your Outlook ribbon, scroll down to MORE, and select SET SCHEDULING PERMISSION

2.  The screen below will appear showing options for webex scheduling. Select what permissions you will allow.  Next, add the email address(es) of the administratrive staff you would like to the Scheduling permissions box, then click save.

3.  You have successfully setup delegation access to your administrative staff.  The administrative staff listed in your settings may start scheduling Webex meetings from your calendar directly, instead of creating a webex meeting from their own calendar.
