If you do not have an DOM supported computer with the appropriate multi-media monitor (built-in camera, mic and speakers) or DOM laptop, another alternative for you is to use your mobile device (iOS or Android smartphone or tablet) but only if it is currently running Workspace One, UW Health's Mobile Device Management application, the same application that was required for downloading Haiku/Secure Chat to your personal device. This information is available on U-Connect (https://uconnect.wisc.edu/depts/uwhealth/information-services/uw-health-mobile-device-management/). We cannot support personal devices not running MDM-enabled apps nor personal computers.
