Remote Desktop Protocol (RPD) requests must be submitted by departmental or center administrators. Only computers with DOMIDs will be considered for RDP. A business requirement must explain why DOM Citrix or VPN is not sufficient for working remotely.
You will need to ensure that
1) the computer located in the office setting is powered on
**User Support Services Help Desk can NOT remotely power on devices and we do not always have have staff available to power on computers
2) the computer in the office is running Windows, only Windows computer will work with RDP at this time.
