If your current iPad can run the latest OS you can continue to use it. However, the device will need to be brought into the helpdesk for us to evaluate and make sure that the device can be updated.

During this process we will also install WorkSpace One on the device. This requires that the device is reset or wiped - so you will need to make sure your data is backed up. When you log back into your device - you cannot log back in with a personal account (as personal Apple IDs are not allowed to be used on DOM iPads). If an Apple ID is needed (such as for the App store) a new Apple ID must be created using your work email (@medicine.wisc.edu, @wisc.edu, @uwhealth.org, etc).
